Decoding future industry trends and promoting in-depth interactive collaboration
This year’s GEBT offered 17 professional forums and workshops, where industry experts and representatives from leading companies engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics, fostering interactive exchanges and staying closely aligned with market trends. Highlights included sessions on low-carbon intelligent building technologies, intelligent integration, applications of AI, smart space, and PEDF (Photovoltaic, energy storage, direct current, and flexibility) technologies, providing valuable insights for the future development of the industry.

Additionally, this year marked the debut of the OffiSmart Summit in Guangzhou, establishing a cross-industry platform that invigorated the sector with new opportunities for development. Speakers’ comments
“As a strategic consulting firm for SMEs expanding overseas, I emphasised the importance of reshaping entrepreneurs’ capabilities for global expansion. Expanding overseas is not just about relocating factories; it is about leveraging public resources to address organisational gaps and evolve into a multinational enterprise. This seminar served as a crucial platform for experts to share insights and foster industry exchange. With home automation emerging as a high-growth sector, we will continue to support SMEs in seizing these opportunities.”
Mr Jide Yan, Founder, Sanyan Consulting

“I presented an immersive audio solution at the OffiSmart Summit that utilises spatial audio technology, moving beyond traditional handheld and desktop microphones. This enhancement improves meeting participation experiences and enables smarter management and user interactions. The face-to-face discussions were a direct way to showcase the latest innovations in professional audio. The participation was excellent. I observed that the audience was highly engaged and attentive, which clearly indicated that this session was inspiring and impactful for them.”
Mr Yongkui Zhang, Business Development Manager, Shure
